Cancellations and Reschedules

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Only one reschedule is permitted per booking if requested more than 24 hours before the appointment.

  • To reschedule, you may edit the booking yourself or contact our customer service team.

  • We reserve the right to change this policy and fee structure at any time. It is the customers responsibility to read our terms and conditions.

No Show Policy

  • A "No-Show" is considered 15 minutes late or longer without prior contact.

  • Failure to show up without notice will result in 50% of the service cost being charged. 

  • Please contact us so that you do not attract a “no show” fee if you are running late.

  • Appointment times can not be extended if you run late for your appointment.

Public Holidays

  • Due to higher operating costs on public holidays, we charge a 10% public holiday surcharge.

  • On some bookings, this surcharge may not show up on your booking confirmation but the loading will be applied to your final invoice after your appointment.

Lost Property

  • The team is not responsible or liable for property left in or lost in any of our salons.

  • Please do not wear bracelets or rings to your appointment. If you do, these might need to be removed and are at risk of becoming misplaced or lost.

Refund

  • Due to the nature of business, we do not offer refund to any nail services.

  • Faulty or damaged nails can be repaired at no cost within 2 days. However, we do not offer such warranty to damaged nails resulted from customer’s careless handlings or normal wear and tear.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind gift card purchases.

  • Australian Consumer Law: Our policies align with Australian Consumer Law, aiming to be fair and reasonable. We reserve the right to modify or update these policies as needed.
