  • Yes, our nail studio accepts walk-ins. However, we highly recommed to make online bookings in advance to minimize waiting time and avoid disappointment.

  • Clients are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or reschedules. Failure to do so may affect your future bookings and incur late fee cancellation.

  • Yes, you can reschedule your appointment anytime to suit you best.

    For online booking made via our social media platforms, an appointment confirmation text message or email will be immediately sent to you. Please follow the instructions in this text message or email to reschedule your appointments.

    For booking via phone calls, please contact our lovely staff to reschedule your appointments.

  • Yes, we offer 2- days warranty for our nail services (except for services with normal polish application)

    If you encounter any issues with your nails within this period, we'll be happy to inspect and address them. However, please note that we do not warranty any damages resulting from normal wear and tear or careless handling.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refund due to the nature of business.

  • Yes, we love hosting group bookings! Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the best experience for your party.

  • Yes, our nail salon offers eGift cards that you can purchase online 24/7. These eGift cards are delivered straight to your email and come with a variety of templates and designs to choose from. Alternatively, you can also purchase physical gift cards in-store, which come with beautiful packaging.

  • We adhere to strict hygiene standards. We use disposable tools where possible, and all reusable tools are sterilized between clients.

  • Yes, we have a strong focus on promoting buider gel application (BIAB or GEL-X) due to its many advantages.

  • Each nail application metthod has its own pros and cons. Please have a chat to our lovely staff and we will try our best to offer you the most suitable products.

  • Yes, we welcome children! We have kid-friendly services and can help create a fun experience for your little ones. However, please supervise them to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
